Meals are not included in the cost of registration. However, we will have multiple food options onsite for purchase (options range from $7-$10 per person), as well as drinks and snacks from the Gateway Café.

Casual attire is recommended. The Auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary, we encourage wearing jeans and layered clothing. We suggest bringing a light jacket or hoodie.
Southlake is a short, 15-minute drive from DFW airport. Dallas Love Field is a 35 minute drive.
You should bring your Bible and money for meal purchases onsite or conference merchandise.
Depending on where you are staying, there may be hotel shuttle transportation available to the event site. Please ask the hotel concierge what options are available before making your reservations.
The registration fee covers conference admission only. Meals, hotel, and transportation are not included.
We are unable to assist attendees with hotel and transportation arrangements. However, we are happy to recommend some hotels in the area. For a list of hotels and special conference group rates, please see the Lodging section.
The registration fee covers conference admission and admittance to the youth leader track (for adult youth leaders and pastors). Please visit the Lodging section for information on hotel accommodations. You may also want to bring additional money to purchase conference merchandise.

Gateway Student Conference is designed for junior high and senior high school students (6th-12th graders for the 2015–2016 school year) as well as youth leaders and youth pastors.
All tickets are transferrable. Tickets are fully refundable prior to Friday, July 1, 2016. After that date, no refunds will be processed.

The youth leader track is available to guest youth leaders and pastors while the students are engaged in community groups with our staff. These four sessions are an opportunity to connect with each other and receive valuable behind-the-scenes time with our Gateway Students staff and conference speakers. When it comes time to leave the conference, we want guest youth leaders and pastors to feel refreshed, encouraged, and empowered to lead their students like never before! There is no additional cost for participation in the youth leader track sessions.
All tickets for this conference are general admission. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each session. There will be a number of seats saved for worship teams, guest speakers, large groups (40+), and a few special guests. Any other seat-saving before the doors open is not allowed.
While we would love for you to bring the students from your youth group, it’s not required to participate in the youth leader track.
If you bring a group of 40 or more participants, you qualify for reserved seating! After registering your group, email email@example.com to request special group seating. The deadline to request group seating is Friday, July 1, 2016.
GWSC will be held at the Gateway Church Southlake Campus (700 Blessed Way, Southlake, TX 76092).
If the conference is NOT sold out, at-the-door registration will be accepted at the regular rate.
Children’s ministry is not available. Please make outside arrangements (for children younger than sixth grade) if you plan to attend GWSC.
Partial registration is not available. We recommend registering and attending as much of the conference as your schedule will allow.
Check-in begins on Wednesday, July 20, at 3:00 pm. Even though the first session of the conference doesn’t start until 7:00 pm, we start check-in early to accommodate those traveling from out of town and those interested in avoiding lines. The conference concludes on Friday, July 22, by 10:30 pm.
Scholarship applications are available to students currently attending weekly Gateway Students services. If you are need a scholarship for a Gateway Student, please click on the link for his or her campus and fill out the online scholarship request form. Scholarships are awarded to students with a financial need on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for scholarship requests is July 13. Please note: we anticipate the conference selling out before that date.
